Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Compliance Specialist to join our support team. This role involves managing order issue resolutions and providing chat support to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

  1. Order Issue Resolution
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to orders, including delayed, incorrect, or damaged deliveries.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely resolutions.
    • Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
  2. Chat Support
    • Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing queries, complaints, and product-related questions.
    • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while communicating with customers.
    • Meet daily chat support targets while ensuring quality standards.
  3. Compliance Management
    • Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and standards.
    • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the management team.
    • Stay updated on company policies and guidelines to address queries accurately.
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and processes.
  5. Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reports on chat support performance, common customer issues, and resolution timelines.
    • Analyze patterns in customer complaints to suggest process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years in customer support, order resolution, or a similar role.
    • Experience with live chat software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce or online retail platforms is a bonus.
