Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you purchase from Safrin Skincare, you agree to the following policies.


Policy on Return Orders

You may return your Safrin organic skincare products to receive a refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  1. The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging.

  2. The product is returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

  3. Order confirmation or proof of purchase is included with the return.


Instructions for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us via:

Provide your order number and the reason for return.

Returned items must be:

  • In original sealed packaging

  • Include original invoice/slip

Once your return is received, we will issue either:

  • A voucher of equal value, or

  • A direct refund to your Easypaisa / JazzCash / Bank Account


Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange once your original Safrin product(s) are received.

Exchange is applicable only if:

  1. Products are unused and sealed in original packaging.

  2. Products are returned within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Proof of purchase is included.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.

  • If shipped, you must receive the order and then follow the return policy.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products.

Refund Procedure

  1. Record a complete unboxing video (instructions are on the box).

  2. Send the video via WhatsApp to 0300-1723746.

  3. Our support team will confirm your return request.

Returned products must include:

  • Original packaging

  • Invoice or packing slip

Refunds (including shipping charges) will be processed within 24 hours after we receive the returned product(s).

Note: Opened, used, or damaged products due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for refunds.
